Marty went through Fit in 42 to get his habits back on track with his nutrition. He has stayed active with exercise for much of his adult life. I wanted to interview him and hopefully get some nuggets of knowledge from this very fit, healthy and extremely inspiring man. Being in the Fitness Industry for over a decade, I have seen many aging people (age 60+) assume that since they are getting up there in age that they cannot perform in fitness.
